This illustration inspired by graffiti features words including character traits, feelings…all of which I am grateful to have felt in the past, feel presently and/or strive to feel in the future! I colored them randomly but was thinking it might be a fun exercise to color-code the words using warm colors for the attributes we need to work on pursuing, neutral colors for the emotions that are normally present in daily life, and cool colors for the sentiments that are inherent…a natural part of us that takes little effort to feel or achieve.
I was inspired to share this coloring page as we kick off the winter holidays here in the US. It can be a chaotic time of year for many. I find, as we close out the year and get ready for the “season of the grand reset”, a.k.a. new year’s resolutions, having tools around me beckoning time to devote to gratitude alleviates a lot of stress.
